Linda draws inspiration from a wide range of teachings and yoga styles, taking elements of each to craft an instructional approach that best serves and inspires her students. Students thrive on her innovative teaching style. Drawing upon her background as performing artist, athlete and yogi, Linda synthesizes principles of yoga, various movement disciplines and intelligent bodywork to adeptly guide students to the “Aha!” moment. Her instruction is clear and pinpointed, and infused with enthusiasm, compassion and joy.
Experience . . .
Linda completed her 200-hour teacher training with Ana Forrest in 2004 and her 500-hour advanced teacher training in 2017. She has 18,000+ hours of teaching experience, encompassing a wide range of group classes, private individual instruction, corporate wellness programs, intensive workshops, destination retreats, and teacher training instruction.
Linda is an Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher (E-RYT 500) through Yoga Alliance. E-RYT 500 is a designation that acknowledges the completion of a yoga teacher training with an approved and active Registered Yoga School (RYS), as well as a minimum number of teaching hours. Her workshops and retreats can be taken for Yoga Alliance continuing education hours.

Passionate about her own continuing education, Linda regularly researches topics of interest and attends trainings to bolster her foundation in yoga, anatomy, kinesiology, movement, therapeutic bodywork, and other areas related to her therapeutically oriented yoga instruction. With a keen sense of curiosity and unquenchable thirst for knowledge, Linda never tires of gaining new insights and sharing fresh perspectives with her students.
